On Dec.07,2024, SHENYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING (VIET NAM) COMPANY LIMITED officially opened, after two years of construction and more than a month of process verification, the company honored local customs and invited SHENYAN Vietnam employees, Shanghai SHENYAN incentive shareholders and contractors to hold a simple opening ceremony. At the event, we recognized the outstanding contributors during this period.

SHENYAN Vietnam will continue to follow and improve our corporate culture: contract, integrity, equality, quality and service. Strictly abide by the local laws and regulations, respect the rights and interests of employees and local culture, assume social responsibility, and strive to practice the development of the enterprise to contribute to the progress of society.

Founder QIANYAN's speech：

Today, celebrating this moment, I feel very delighted and would like to extend my sincerest thanks to every SHENYAN employee present here!

I would like to especially thank all the employees who have received awards today. It is through your wholehearted dedication and relentless efforts that we have overcome significant challenges and achieved the results we see today.

Looking back on SHENYAN’s 36 years of development, we have grown with the continuous help and support of the world’s leading enterprises.

Throughout our journey and development, we have been deeply influenced by universal values, gradually shaping the corporate culture of SHENYAN as it is today. This includes Contract, Integrity, Equality, Quality, and Service.

SHENYAN Vietnam will continue to uphold and refine this corporate culture.

In all aspects of our business operations, we adhere to the laws and regulations of the host country, protect the environment during production, provide a safe and healthy working environment for employees, respect employees’ rights, and honor diverse cultures and values.

We are committed to taking on social responsibilities and striving to ensure that the development of our enterprise contributes to social progress.

SHENYAN Vietnam will also continue to promote and enhance the framework of employee incentive systems currently implemented at SHENYAN Shanghai. Step by step, we will establish and improve employee welfare systems. By consistently practicing the company's corporate culture, we aim to nurture a team of SHENYAN employees who share common values and a sense of mission. Today marks a joyous occasion of the company opening ceremony. I would like to extend my warm greetings and deepest gratitude to everyone present here.

Looking back on our past experiences and development journey. December 12, 2021 is our important milestone. It was the day that we successfully purchased this land and began our investment journey in Vietnam.

Over the past three years, our team has faced many challenges because of different language and culture. We had to always be well-prepared to complete each step of the work: From Blueprint plans to actual construction, from the initial plans to building the team, the achievements are the result of the hard work and dedication of all of us.

In the next three years, the company will focus on the following core directions:

1.Product Quality and Technological Innovation: We are committed to improving our competitiveness with high-quality standards and continuously innovative technologies.

2. Customer-Centered Service Philosophy: We continuously enhance service quality with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

3. Sustainable Development: While promoting the development of the company, we actively fulfill our social responsibilities and ensure that the development results are shared with employees, customers, and society.

The opening of company marks a new chapter in our journey and a new starting point for the launch of the dreams. I believe that with the support of every colleague and partner stay here, we will surely create an even brighter future!

Hello everyone!

In this moment full of joy and hope, as a representative of SHENYAN (Shanghai) staff, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to SHENYAN Vietnam

 Unconsciously, I have been in Vietnam for four months. During this time, I have faced many challenges that I had never encountered before. However, it is these challenges that have helped me grow and improve my skills.

To my colleagues in Vietnam, I want to say that each of us is an indispensable member of this big family - SHENYAN. We may face many difficulties and challenges in the future, but as long as we unite and support each other, there is no challenge that we cannot overcome.

I believe that every colleague will bring full enthusiasm and firm belief to contribute to the work of the new company, dedicating their efforts to the company's development。

Today marks the grand opening ceremony of our company, and I am truly honored to stand here on behalf of all employees of Shenyan Vietnam to share my thoughts and feelings after my time working here.

When I first started working at Shenyan, from the initial days of training in Shanghai, I carried both excitement and worry.

I asked myself: Will I be able to adapt to this new environment? Will I meet the job's expectations?

However, all those concerns quickly disappeared.

Thanks to the enthusiastic support of my colleagues and the guidance from our management and leadership, I grew increasingly confident. Shenyan is not just a workplace but also a source of inspiration and support that helps me grow every day.

Dear colleagues,

We are individuals who together form a strong collective. The company's success cannot be achieved without the unity, effort, and sense of responsibility of each one of us. I am deeply grateful for the companionship, support, and sharing from everyone.

I firmly believe that if we continue to uphold the spirit of teamwork, Shenyan will not only overcome any challenges but also reach new and greater achievements.
