Values

  • Integrity

Integrity is the foundation of all morality. It is not only a personal virtue and quality but also a principle and norm in business operations; an intrinsic spirit and value; an external reputation and resource.

  • Quality

Products and services must meet user‘s requirements and expectations, and this should be implemented throughout the entire process of production, behavior, attitude, and procedures. Users are the sole judges of quality.

  • Contract

Freedom of contract, equality of contract, fidelity to contract, and mutual assistance in contracts represent a spirit of freedom, equality, trustworthiness, and mutual aid. If contract spirit is not adhered to, there will be no respect between enterprises or between individuals, only malicious competition and mutual betrayal, leading people back to the law of the jungle where no one is safe.

  • Equality

The essence of equality is the equality of rights and opportunities. In the implementation of company management systems and processes, there is no distinction of rank or race; everyone is equal. In career development and income distribution, equality is based on ability and contribution.

  • Service

Within the enterprise, regardless of position or role, we advocate a service-oriented mindset. The working relationships between departments, between department leaders and employees, and between employees themselves are based on mutual service according to the responsibilities of each position.
